Bristol Beacon always display our ticket prices inclusive of booking fees so that it's clear how much an event costs. The booking fee is usually 9%. This is why ticket prices are often not whole numbers (for example £21.80 incl. booking fee). This fee contributes to Beacon ticket retail, distribution and technology costs, which in turn allows us to reinvest in Bristol Beacon, our technology and the services we provide.

The postage costs on transactions are £1.50 for physical tickets purchased over the telephone and online. There are no postage costs when you purchase physical tickets over the counter or when you purchase e-tickets.There is no booking fee or delivery fee for purchases made in person and by cheque or cash at Bristol Beacon's Box Office, but a booking fee will be charged on credit or debit card payments. Providing the gig hasn't sold out, you can just turn up when doors open on the evening and pay at the box office without a reservation.
